GRUP KARAR VERME YÖNTEMLERİNİ KULLANARAK YEŞİL TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİ: GIDA ENDÜSTRİSİNDEN BİR ÖRNEK OLAY ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Yeşil tedarikçinin seçimi değerlendirmede başlayacak kriterlerin belirlenmesinden, kullanılacak yöntemlere ve nihai seçime kadar birçok zorluğu içermektedir. Bu çalışma, yeşil tedarikçi seçimini kriter ağırlığı hesaplamasında BWM, ENTROPI ve CRITIC yöntemleri ile, tedarikçi sıralamalarını ise COPRAS, WASPAS ve MABAC yöntemleri ile desteklemektedir. İlk olarak, dokuz yeşil tedarikçi seçim kriteri literatür taraması ve uzman görüşleri ile belirlenmiş ve gıda endüstrisinden gerçek bir şirket için seçim çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ardından, BWM, ENTROPI ve CRITIC yöntemleri kriter ağırlıklarını belirlemek için kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra, tedarikçileri karar vericilerin tercihlerine göre sıralamak için COPRAS, WASPAS ve MABAC yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Önerilen çerçevenin uygulanabilirliğini göstermek için gıda endüstrisinden örnek olay çalışması tartışılmıştır. BWM bulgularından ‘Çevre yönetim sistemi’ ve ‘maliyet’ yeşil tedarikçi seçiminde en önemli kriterler olarak tespit edilmiştir.
