Öz

Değişen tüketici profili ile birlikte tüketicilerin, mal ve hizmetler hakkında daha çok ve somut bilgi istemesi, ürünler arasında seçim yapma talebi ve işlemlerini zamana ve mekâna bağlı kalmadan gerçekleştirme isteği ortaya çıkmıştır. İşletmelerin bu talep karşısında varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri ve değişen şartlara ayak uydurabilmeleri için internete ve internetteki faaliyetlerine önem vermeleri gerekmektedir
