THE EFFECTS OF JOB ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES ON CORPORATE REPUTATION

Öz

Abstract
In this study the effects on corporate reputation work-related attitudes and behaviors of employees which are the organization's internal stakeholders have been examined. For this purpose, data obtained from 273 employees of five enterprises operating in the plastic packaging industry in the Marmara region have been evaluated. The results of the research have shown that there are impact on perceived corporate reputation of organizational pride, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior undertaken in the scope of work the attitudes and behaviors. According to survey results, the most significant variable affect is the perception of corporate reputation organizational pride variable defined as feeled pleasure to be part of the employee's organizations. Furthermore, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and business conditions enhances the perception of corporate reputation.

ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ TUTUM VE DAVRANIŞLARININ KURUMSAL İTİBAR ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, kurumun iç paydaşları olan çalışanların iş ile ilgili tutum ve davranışlarının kurumsal itibar üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla Marmara Bölgesi plastik ambalaj sektöründe faaliyet gösteren beş işletmenin 273 çalışanından elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, iş tutum ve davranışları kapsamında ele alınan örgütsel kıvanç, iş tatmini, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının algılanan kurumsal itibar üzerinde önemli etkileri olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, çalışanların örgütlerinin bir parçası olmaktan duydukları haz olarak tanımlanan örgütsel kıvanç değişkeninin, kurumsal itibar algısını etkileyen en önemli değişken olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçları, örgütsel bağlılık, iş ve iş şartlarından tatmin olma ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının kurumsal itibar algısını arttırdığını göstermektedir.
