Öz

Bilişsel etnografyanın temel amacı, var olan
bir görev ya da problem için bireyin zihinsel sürecinin derinliklerine inmek ve
sürece ait basamakları sorgulamaktır. Böylece, bireyin öğrenme sürecindeki
deneyimleri incelenerek, daha etkin bir öğrenme sağlanabilmektedir. Bu çalışma,
bilişsel etnografya araştırma yöntemini kullanmak isteyen ancak deneyimi
olmayan araştırmacılara, bir bilişsel etnografya çalışmasının nasıl
yürütülebileceği, nasıl veri toplanıp analiz edileceği hakkında rehberlik
sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk kısmında, bilişsel etnografyanın
kuramsal çerçevesi açıklanmıştır. İkinci kısmında, veri toplama ve analiz
sürecine odaklanılarak bilişsel etnografya yöntemi detaylı olarak
anlatılmıştır. Son kısımda ise, örnek bir bilişsel etnografya çalışması
verilerek, sürecin somutlaştırılması hedeflenmiştir.
