This review addresses the issue of economic savings in the pre-hospital emergency health system from the perspective of health economics. Controlling costs and effectively managing resources are fundamental require ments for sustainable health systems. Particularly in emergency health services, it is essential to achieve savings in high-costelements such as ambulance services, medical equipment, and human resources. However, it is important that savings are achieved without compromising the quality of services. This ensures the sustainability and effectiveness of health services. The review discusses the management of human resources, medication and supplies, the Internet of Things, tele health applications, the design and innovation of ambulance vehicles, the community's level of first aid knowledge and skills, and the impact of triage systems on savings in pre-hospital emergency services. It emphasizes how these topics can reduce costs by increasing efficiency with in the pre-hospital emergency health service system. Especially in emergencies, it highlights the importance of ensuring patients receive the best treatment services while also sustaining the efficiency of the pre-hospital emergency health service system.
