Bir Buzağıda Cerebellar Hypdplasia Olayı

Öz

Bir buzağıda cerebeller hipoplazi ile ilgili morfolojik bir ç­a lışma yapılmıştır. Günlük bakteriyolojik tetkiklerden olumsuz sonuç alınmıştır. Postmortem yoklamalarda beyincik dışında kalan kısımlarda bir bozukluk bulunamamıştır. Cerebellum anormal derecede kü­çük idi. Histolojik yoklamalarda beyincik yapı bakımından ziyadesiy­le değişik bulunmuştur. Durum etiyolojik olarak tartışılmıştır.

A Case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia in a Calf

Öz

A morphologic study was made of « A case of cerebellar hypo­ plasia in a calf». Routine bacteriogical examination proved negative . Postmortem examination failed to reveal any gross abnorma­ lity except for marked hypoplasia of the cerebellum . The cerebel­ lum was abnormally small and almost rudimentary. The other regions of the brain did not reveal any unequivocal abnormality . The cerebellum showed marked variations in histologic exa­ minations. Structural positions in the hypoplastic cerebellum was more different than normal ones. The data were discussed etiologically in the article.
