Farelerde İmmün Sistem Üzerine Amitrazın Etkisi

Öz

Bu çalışmada amitrazın farelerdeki immün sistem üzerine olan etkilerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için 84 adet sağlıklı beyaz ingiliz ırkı erkek fare kullanıldı. Fareler her grupta 12 adet olacak şekilde 7 gruba bölündü ve birinci gün hepsine 109 miktarında Salmonella paratyphi BH antijeni periton içi yolla verildi. Aşılama işleminden bir hafta sonra bütün gruplardan kan alınaral{ antikor titreleri belirlendi. Aşılamadan 9 gün sonra birinci grup kontrol olaral{ ayrılırken 2'nci ve 3'üncü gruba 5 mg/kg. 4üncü ve 5 'inci gruba 15 mg/kg. 6'ncı ve 7'nci gruba ise 45 mg/kg amitraz bir mide sondası yardımıyla ağızdan verildi. Aşılamadan 14 gün sonra yine hepsinden kan alınarak ikinci defa antikor titreleri ölçüldü. İlk aşılamadan 16 gün sonra bütün farelere yeniden aynı dozda ikinci bir aşılama dal1a yapıldı. Bundan 3 gün sonra 3üncü gruba 5 mg/kg. 5'inci gruba 15 mg/kg ve ikinci gruba da 45 mg/kg amitraz ikinci kez uygulandı. Son ilaçlamadan bir hafta sonra yeniden bütün farelerden kan alınıp üçüncü defa antikor titreleri ölçüldü . Sonuçta amitrazın deneme gruplarının hiç birinde ağızdan kullanıldığında bile S. paratyphi antijenine karşı antikor oluşumunu engellemediği ve humoral immuniteye yönelik herhangi bir olumsuzluk riski taşımadığı belirlenmiştir.

The effects of amitraz on the immune system in mice

Öz

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of amitraz on the immune system in mice. Totally 84 healthy white England strain male mice were used for this purpose. The mice were divided in to 7 groups which each of them included 12 mice. On the first day of experiment. Salmonella paratyphi BH were injected by intraperitoneal route in the amount of 109. Blood samples were tal{en after one week of follO\ving vaccination and antibody titers were determined. The first group was separated asa control group (Group ll after 9 day of fallawing vaccination; 5 . 15 and 45 mg/kg amitraz were administered orally to groups 2nd and 3rd. groups 4 1 lı and 5tlı. groups 6tlı and 711ı by using the stomach catheter. respectively. After 14 day of fallaWing vaccination. blood samples were taken and antibody titers were determined again. On the l6 tlı day of fallawing vaccination. the injection of S. paratyphi BH was repeated at the same dose. Afler 3 day of second vaccination, 5 , 15 and 45 mg/kg amitraz were adıninistered to groups 3rct . 5ııı and 711ı • respectively. After one week of last amitraz doses. blood samples were taken and antibody titers were determined on 3rct time. Finally, the result of experiment had been indicated that eventhough orally given amitraz did not prevent the antibody production against S. paratyphi antigene on the all experimental groups . Thus. amitraz has no negative risk about the immunity.
