Afyon'da Özel Bir Mezbahada Kesilen Mandalarda Anti-Toxoplasma Gondii Antikorlarının Sabin-Feldman (SF)DYE Testi ile Araştırılması

Öz

Çalışma, Afyon'da özel bir mezbahada kesilen 106 manda üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Serumlar anti-Toxoplasma gondii antikorları yönünden Sabin-Feldman Testi (SFT) ile kontrol edilmiştir. Bu test sonucunda manda serumlarının 33'ünde (%31.13) serapozitiflik saptanmıştır. Serapozitif mandaların 24'ü (%22.64) 1/16, 7'si (%6.60) 1/64 ve 2'si (%1.88) 1/25,6 sulandırma basamaklarında pozitifbulunmuştur.

"lnvestigation of Anti-Toxoplasma Gondii Antibodies Using The Sabin-Feldman (SF) DYE Test on the Buffaloes Slaughtered in a Special Slaughterhouse of Afyon"

Öz

This study was carried out on 106 buffaloes slaughtered in a special slaughterhouse of Afyon. TotaLy 106 sera taken from buffaloes were examined for anti- Toxoplasma gondii antibodies by Sabin-Feldman Test (SFT). Asa result, 106 of 33 buffaloes (31 .13%) were found seropositive. lt was found that 24 sera samples (22.64%) were positive ata 1/16 dilution, 7 sera samples ( 6.60%) ata 1/64 dilution and 2 sera samples ( 1.88%) ata 1/256dilution.
