Kanatlı Salmonella Aşılarına Farklı Perspektiften Bakış

Öz

Salmonella infeksiyonlarından korunmada aşılama oldukça güçlü bir araçtır. Daha etkili ve daha güvenli Salmonella aşılarının geliştirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Salmonella virulensinin genetiği hakkında elde edilen bilgiler ve modern rekombinant DNA teknolojisi; çoklu, belirlenmiş, attenüe ve irreversible mutasyonların bakteri genomu içerisine dahil edilmesi gerekliliği üzerinde durmaktadır. Bu genler bakteriyel yapısal komponentlerin (Lipopolisakkarit; LPS, dış membran proteini; outer membran proteini, OMP) veya temel metabolitlerin (aromatik aminoasit, purin, primidinhistidin) biyosentezinden sorumlu olan ‘house-keeping genes’ olarak adlandırılan genlerdir. Salmonella’nın konak içinde hayatta kalabilmesini sağlayan çok sayıda gen identifiye edilmiştir. Bu genlerde meydana getirilen mutasyonlarla yeni aşı suşları denenmiştir.

View at Poultry Salmonella Vaccines With Different Perspective

Öz

Vaccination is a powerful tool for the protection of Salmonella infections. There is a need to develop more effective and more reliable Salmonella vaccines. The knowledge achieved about the genetics of Salmonella virulence and modern recombinant DNA technology dwell upon a subject of the necessity of inserting multiple, specified, attenued and irreversible mutations into the bacterial genome. These genes, responsible for biosynthesis of bacterial basic structural components (Lipopolisaccharide; LPS, outer membran protein; OMP) or basic metabolits (aromatic aminoasit, purin, primidinhistidin) are termed as house-keeping genes. Many genes, eliciting survival of Salmonella into the host were identified. New vaccine strains were experienced by the mutations achieved in the genes.
