ı - istanbul ili Eyüp ilçesinin Göktepe nahiyesi Bağlarbaşı
mevkiinde 26/5/ı963 günü bir keme (Rattus norvegiucs) nin ince
barsağında ıo tane Moniliformis moniliformis (Bremser, ı811) Travassos,
ı915 ilk defa olarak bulundu.
2 - Bellibaşlı biyomorfolojik karakterleri incelendi, makro -
ve mikrofotoğrafları çekildi ve ilgili parazitolojik yayın tartışıldı.
3 - Bu kemede Leptopsylla segnis (Schönherr, ı811) piresi de
yine ilk defa olarak bulundu.

The occurence of Moniliformis moniliformis in rats (Rattus norvegicus) in Turkey

ı - The occurrence of Moniliformis moniliformis (Bremser,
ı811) Travassos, ı9ı5 in the anterior parts of small intestine from
rats (Rattus norvegicus) is reported for the first time in Turkey.
2 - The morphological characters of this acantocephalan helminth
were deseribed and literaturs were discussed.
3 - Xenopsylla cheopis, Nosopsyllus fasciatus and Leptopsylla
segnis from rats were recorded for the first time in Turkey (ı6).
