Treatment of uncinariasis of the cats and dogs with Hephenium hydroxynaphthoate.

Öz

The uncinariasis of the domestic cast and dogs with Hephenium hydroxynaphthoate were treated. This Bephenium salt given to infected cast and dogs in sing doses of 20 -25 mgr/kgr gave nearly to 100 % deared of Uncinaria stenocephala.

Kedi ve Köpeklerde Uncınarıasıs'ın Bephenıum Hydrcxynaphthoate ile Tedavisi

Öz

Uncinari astenocephala ile suni olarak infekte edilen 9 kedi ile 3 köpek yavrusu ve tabii infekte bir köpeğin Bephelnium hydroxyııaphthoate ile tedavi deneyleri yapıldı. Kedi ve köpek yavrularına 1 kgr. canlı vücut ağırlığına tek doz olarak 20 mgr. erişkin köpeğe ise 1 kgr. ağırlığa 25 mgr. hesabiyle Bepheınium hydroxynaphthoate ağızdan verildi. Verilen bu dozlarda bu ilacın Uncunaria stenocephala infeksiyonuna 100 %'e yakın etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
