La vaccination les poussins et les pulles contre la maladie de Newcasıle par puiverisation et par L'eau bauvable

Au cours de la recherche, 30.750 poussins ont ete vaccınes dont, SOO etaient des conditions de Laboratoire et le reste dans des fermes diverses. Les vaccines onte ete. pepares a l'aide de la souche atenuee d'Asplin «F» et administre de deux manieres; Par la pulveritation et par voie bucale melange a de l'eau. Chez les poussins provenant des poules vaccınees, il existe une imnıunite maternelle, qui ses transmet par le joune d'oeuf et qui dure 3 a 4 semaines. Cette imriıunitet maternelle est souffisante pendant cette duree cantre la maladie de Newcastle. Une vaccination administree au moment oi.ı l'immunitet maternelle comınence a . decroitre, par pulverisation ou par adductions dans l'eau de boisson offre une immunitet qui persiste jusq'a la pondaison. Par pulverisation sur l'animales l'imnıunitet atteint son maximum a la fin du septieme jour. Elle dure trois mois et demie a quatre et le pourcentage de reussite est de 83,8 %. Dans le vaccination par voie bucale, le vaccin etait adnıinistre au poussin par adduction a son eau de boisson, attent son efficacite maximun le dizierne jour et elle dure plus de cinq mois, mais le pourcentage de reussite est de 79,4 %. L'applications de ces deux methodes est d'une grande simlicitc. Seulnıent elles donneİıt lieux a des coınplication dans de tres rares des sujets peuvent etre attent de paralisie permenante, et sur les sujets vaccine par pulveritation donne lieu a des troubles respirations passagers qui dure environ dix jour apres la vaccination

Newcastle Hastalığına Karşı Civciv ve Piliçlerin Püskürtme veya İçme Suyu Vasıtasiyle Aşılanmaları

Öz

Bu çalışmada, 500 adedi Enstitüde Laboratuvar şartlarında, 30,250 adedi de çeşitli yetiştirmelerde . olmak üzre, cem'an .30.750 civciv ve piliç üzerinde, .Asplin'in «F» attenüe aşı suşu ile içme sularına katmak ve püskürtrnek suretiyle denenmiştir. Aşılı tavukların yumurtalarından elde edilen civcivlerde yumurta sarısıyle geçen ve 3 - 4 hafta devam eden , bağışıklığın mevcut olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Epruvasyon deneyleriyle, Newcsatle hastalığına karşı % 100 korumaya yeterli olduğu anlaşılan bu maternal immunitenin; zayıflamaya başladığı 'anda, 'püskürtme veya . i'çme sularına vinis katma.' suretiyle uygulanim aşılama ile yumurtaya gelinceye kadar hayvanlarda bağışıklık sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Püskürtme suretiyle yapılan aşılamadan % 83,8, içme suyu ile yapılan aşılamadan ise; % 79,4 oranında bağışıklık elde edilmiştir. · Püskürtme' suretiyle tatbik . edilen aşılamada bağışıklık 7 nci. günde tainamlanmakta: ve 3.5 ile 4, ay süreyle' devam etmektedir. · İçme sularına virus katmak suretiyle yapılan aşılamada ise, 1 2 nci günqe tamamlanan bağışıklık, 5 ay kada~ devam etmektedir .. Tatbik şekileri .çok kolay olan bu iki tarz aşılamada püskürtme suretiyle aşılamayı müteakip görülen güç ·nefes alma, ağız açma hallerinden ve içme sularına katma tarzıyle uygulanan aşılamadan sonra görülen tek, tük felç arazlarından başka diğer ·herhangi. bir komplikasyon görülmemiştir.
