A study on the effects of Ivermectin against hypodermal larval organisms at the developmental stage and other endo - ecto parasites in Angora goats

·This research was made real infected noturalIy in 356 sheep and angora goast with ecto and endo parasites. ivermectin was alsa effective against gastro-intestinal hemotodes and bady lice. lvermectin consisted in a single doze of 150-300 mcg/Kg was administered subcutaneously to Angora goats infected naturally wity various parasites. Treatment was 100 % effective the larvol stages L1, L, and 98.6 % , 150 mcg/Kg, 99.9 %; 300 mcg/Kg the larvol stag ·es L3 of treatment was 100 % effective against Hypoderma spp., gastro-intestinal nemotodes and bady !ice. lt was olso highyl effective against all kinds of lung worms, menaphagus ovinus and ixodid ticles. We have found thOt lvermectin (lvomec) was 90-100 % effective dgainst ornithodorus lahorensis. The medicin'e consisted in a single das of 200 mcg/Kg was used subcutaneausly. lvomec was % 100 effective against sarcoptık and psoroptic mange in 91 sheep and 35 Angura goats; effective dose was 200 mcg/Kg.

İvermectin’in Tiftik Keçilerinde Gelişme Dönemindeki Hypoderma Larvalarına ve Diğer Endo-Ekto Parazitlere Karşı Etkinliğinin Saptanması

Öz

Araştırma doğal olarak iç ve dış parazitlerle bulaşık 356 baş koyun ve tiftik keçisi üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Tiftik keçilerinde L1, L2, L3 dönemi Hypoderma larvolarına karşı ivomec, 150-300 mcg/Kg, tek doz olarak deri altı yolla verildi. Lı ve L2 dönemi Hypoderma larvolarına % 100, L3 dönemi Hypoderma larvolarına 150 mcgjKg % 98,6,300 mcg/Kg % 99.9 etkili görüldü . . Aynı zamanda L3 dönemi sağıtım grubu Tiftik keçilerinde midebarsak ve akciğer kıl kurtlarına karşı, ilacın etkinliği üzerinde duruIdu. Bu parazitlere karşı da ivomec'in etkinliği % 100 olarak saptandı. ivomec, Melaphagus ovinus ve ixodidae kenelerine de oldukça etkili idi. Ağıl kenelerine (Ornithodorus lahorensis) 200 mcgjKg tek doz ivomec den altı yolla kullanıldığında, bu parazitlere karşı % 90-100 etkili oldu.Koyun ve keçilerde Sarcoptes Scabei var spp. ve Psoroptes spp. ile bulaşık, uyuza karşı 91 baş koyun ile 35 baş Ankara tiftik keçisinde 300 mcg/Kg. ivomec'in % 100 etkili olduğu gözlendi.
