ı  -    inanlı İnekhanesi sığırlarında Hypodermosis'e karşı  ı7 Ekim 

ı959 tarihinde  Trolene  40- W  tecrübe  edildi. 

2  -     Tecrübe  muhtelif  yaşta 50  baş sığır üzerinde  yapıldı. 

3  -    25  baş sığır tedavi  edildi  ve  25  baş sığır da  kontrol  olarak 

bırakıldı. 

4  -     Tedavi  edilen  hayvanıara ilaç  drench  suretiyle  ı kg.  canlı 

ağırlığa 275 mg.  hesabile  tek oral  dozda  verildi. 

5  -    25/Nisan/ı960  tarihinde  yapılan  son  muayenede,  Trolene 

40- W  nin  Hypoderma  larvalarına  ortalama  olarak  % 74- ıoo  tesir 

ettiği  görüldü.  Aynı zamanda  ı959  doğumlu buzağılarda, 

kontral-

lara  nazaran  o/o  7,3  nisbetinde  daha  fazla  kilo  alma  tespit  edildi. 

6  -    İlaçtan mütevellit  şiddetli bir  entoksikasyon  görülmedi.

RANGE TESTS AGAINST HYPODERMOSIS WITH TROLENE 40 - W

ı  -   The  trials of  Trolene 40- W.  were  conducted on October  ı7, ı959 in  the  inanlı State  Dairy  Farm . ~ 

2L.:..:..c.. · For---this  purpose  50   cattle  on  various  ages  we:re1 .selected from  different  herds  of  the  farm . 

. 3  -    Of  50  infected  considered  cattle  25   were  treated  and  the remaining   25.  were  chosen  as  a  control. 

4  -     The  insecticide  was  applied  in  the  from  of  drench,  as  a single  oral  dose  of  275 mg.jKg.  of  body  weight. 

5  -     The  treated  cattle  were  inspected  in  April  25,  1960  and  indicated  an  average  control  of  grubs  of  74- 100  %.  In  the  same  time the  treated  group  (particularly  the  calves)  gained  in  weight  7,3  o/o more  than  untreated  group. 

6  -     There  was  no  serious  side  effect  following  the  treatment with  Trolene  40 -W.
