Bir Hindide Saptanan Pastörellozis Olgusu Üzerinde Etiyolojik İncelemeler

Öz

Muayene için getirilen infraorbital sünusları çift taraflı şişmiş olan bir hindiden alınan meteryalin yapılan bakteriyolojik incelemesinde saf olarak üreyen Pasteurella multocida izole ve idetifiye edildi. Türkiye'de hindilerde ender raslanan bu olgudan izole edilen etkenin farelerde patojenitesini saptamak amacıyla, 18 saatlik buyyon kültüründen 0,1 ml. periton içi verildi ve farelerin inokulosyonu takiben 18-24 saat içinde öldükleri saptandı.
İzole edilen etkenin tip spesifik serumlarla yapılan serotiplendirilmesinde Tip-A olduğu saptandı. Ayrıca, antibiyogram sonucu etkenin duyarlı olduğu belirlenen tetrasiklin ve streptomisinle yapılan sağaltımla hayvanın sağlığına kavuştuğu gözlendi.

A studes etiologiques sur le cas de Paste urellose chez un dindon

Öz

Êtudes êtiologiques sur le cas de Pasteurellose chez un dindon. Â la suite de l'examen bactêriologique sur un matêrial â partir d'un dindon atteint de sinusite bilatêrale, apportê â notre servicei on a isolê et identifiê Pasteurella multocida qui cultivait purement sur le milieu de culture. Afin de costater la pathogênêcitê de ce cas isolê chez les dindes, rencontrêe rarement en Turquie, sur les souris on a administrê 0,1 ml en i.p. â partir de la culture du bouillon de 18 h. et on a constatê que les souris êtainent mortes â la suite de 18 â 24 h. de l' incubation.
 la typage sêrologique effectuê par des sêrums spêcifiques de l'agent isolê , on a constatê que l'agent êtait de sêrotype-A.D' autre part, on a abservê, â la suite de l'antibiogramme, que l'animal traite par tetracycline et streptomycine, auxquels l'agent est sensible, a êtê complêtement guêri.
