Taze, Sulandırılmış ve Dondurulmuş Boğa Spermasının Çeşitli Mikroorganizmlar ve Mikoplazma Yönünden İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmada Tarım, Orman ve Köyleri Bakanlığı, istanbul il Müdürlüğü'ne
bağlı Şenlikköy Sun'i Tohumlama Istasyonu'nda sperma vericisi olarak
kullanılan ondört adet boğanın sperması, gram(+), gram(-) mikroorganizmalar
ve mikaplazma yönünden incelenmiştir. Boğaların spermaları
taze, sulandırılmış ( Fransa'dan ithal edilen bir sulandırıcı ile) ve payet halinde
dondurulmuş şekillerde mikrobiyolojik muayene için ayrı ayrı ekilmiştir.
Taze spermada yapılan ekimler sonucunda 5 boğada proteus spp.
ve Aspergilus fumigatus üremiş, sulandırılmış spermada ise 6 boğadan
E.coli, E.frondi ve Aspergilus fumigatus izole edilmiştir. Sulandırma sıvısında
ise, E.coli, diplokok, streptekok ve maya tespit edilmiştir. Incelenen
sperma numunelerinde mikoplazma izole edilememiştir.

«A study on the bull semen that is fresh, diluted and frozen, about various microorganisms and mycoplasmas»

Öz

The semen samples collected from fourteen bulls in an Artificial lnsemination
Center in Türkiye were investigated for gram(+) and gram(-) microorganisms
and mycoplasma. Semen samples were evaluated as fresh,
diluted (with an extender imported France) and frozen in 0,25 ml PVC
straws.
Proteus spp. and Aspergilus spp. were observed in semen samples
from five bulls when fresh semen was studied. E.coli, E.frondi and Aspergilus
spp. were isolated in diluted semen. E.coli, Diplococ, Streptecoc and
yeast were seen in diluting extender. No mycoplasma was found in the
samples.
