Immunoenzim Tekniklerin Histopatoloji'ye Uygulanması

Öz

İmmuno enzim boyama teknikleri, insan ve hayvan doku antijenlerinin
ve antikodarının tesbit edilmelerinde ve bunların lokalizasyon yerlerinin
belirlenmesinde kullanılır. Bakteriyel, viral ve paraziter antijenlerinin identifikasyonunda çok geniş bir kullanım alanı vardır. Bunların yanında tümör ve otoimmune hastalıkların teşhisinde kullanılır.
