Balıklarda Bazı Antimikrobiyal Maddelerin Doku Kalıntıları

Yıl 2000, Cilt: 11 Sayı: 1-2, 57 - 63, 01.12.2000

Bu derlernede balıklarda kullanılan ilaçların kalıntı düzeyleri ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler

Tissue Residues of Some Antimicrobials in Fish

Yıl 2000, Cilt: 11 Sayı: 1-2, 57 - 63, 01.12.2000

Öz

In this review, residue levels of drugs applied to fish have been reviewed. Data concerned
with drug residue times, belong to the several most commonly used antibiotics applied lo fish .
For these antibiotics. elimination times _in fish are langer than in mammals. Elimination rates
are temperature depehdent but the relationship may not be strickly linear. When required, elimination
rates should ideally be measured for at least two different temperatures spanning the
normal range for the relevant fish species. Other factors affecting elimination rates include species
of fish, maturity and health status. Same drugs are eliminated from skin, bones and kidney
more slowly than from muscles. Withdrawal times are spesific to particular tissues. With
modern very sensitive detection techniques, withdrawal times requiring "below detectable levels"
of drugs in tissues would required to very prolonged periods being specified for fish.
