Türkiye’de İhraç Edilen Bivalvia Türlerinden Vibrio Türlerinin İzolasyon ve İdentifikasyonu

Yıl 2012, Cilt: 23 Sayı: 1, 1 - 8, 01.06.2012

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Ege ve Marmara denizi kıyılarında kültürü yapılan Bivalvia türlerinden kontaminasyon sonucu insanlarda
enfeksiyona sebebiyet veren Vibrio türlerinin izolasyon ve identifikasyonu yapılmıştır. Marmara ve Ege bölgesinde
bulunan üretim istasyonlarından alınan 6 farklı türdeki 958 Bivalvia bakteriyolojik yönden incelendi. Örneklerden
fenotipik testlerle izole edilen 35 Vibrio türünün çoğunluğu V.paraheamolyticus ve V.alginolyticus olarak identifiye
edildi. Marmara ve Ege sahil şeridinde bu bakterilerin yoğun olduğu belirlendi.

In this resarch, Vibrio spp., causing infections in humans as a result of contamination, were isolated and
identificated from the costs of Aegean and Marmara Seas in which Bivalvia species have been cultured. The material of
this research was a total of 958 Bivalvia spp., chosen from 6 Bivalvia species which have been produced in regions of
Aegean and Marmara Seas were investigated by bacteriologically. Totally 35 Vibrio spp. were identified by phenotypic
tests, with a majority, V.paraheamolyticus and V.alginolyticus were isolated from samples. These microorganisms, detected
in this project, were densely determined in the costs of Aegean and Marmara Seas lines.
