To investigate midwives and nurses' practice and burnout in Covid-19 pandemic. Cross-sectional, descriptive study of hospital workers in 10 provinces in Turkey pandemic was carried out with 203 nurses and midwives. It was collected through Google surveys using the "Survey Form", “Attitude, Anxiety and Thought Inventory”, and "Maslach Burnout Inventory" created by the researchers by scanning the literature. Ethics committee approval and volunteer approval was obtained from the participants. The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization scores of the adversely affected group were higher than others (p <0.05). Emotional exhaustion correlated significantly with age (r = 0.14, p = 0.03), year of study (r = 0.19, p = 0.005). The working hours (r = -0.16, p = 0.02) were significantly correlated with the desensitization in the covid-19 pandemic. Personal success, having children (r = -0.22, p = 0.001) and working hours (r = 0.15, p = 0.03) in covıd-19 were significantly correlated. It was determined that the working life of midwives and nurses during Covid-19 had a negative impact on physical, mental, social health and family life.
