SPORCULARDA AKILDIŞI PERFORMANS İNANÇLARI İLE TÜKENMİŞLİK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE TUTKUNLUĞUN ARACI ROLÜ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı sporcularda akıldışı performans inançları ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide tutkunluk türlerinin aracılık etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışmaya 6 branştan (basketbol, voleybol, hentbol, okçuluk, taekwondo ve yüzme) 113 kadın (X̄yaş = 22.44 ± 3.42) ve 140 erkek (X̄yaş=22.74 ±3.62) olmak üzere toplam 253 sporcu (X̄yaş= 22.61 ± 3.38) katılmıştır. “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Akıldışı Performans İnançları Envanteri-2”, “Sporcu Tükenmişlik Ölçeği” ve “Tutkunluk Ölçeği” tüm katılımcılara uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde bağımsız örneklemlerde t test ve bootsrap yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Aracılık testi sonuçlarına göre, talepkarlık, felaketleştirme ve düşük tolerans ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkiye uyumlu tutkunluk aracılık etmektedir. Takıntılı tutkunluğun ise talepkarlık ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü vardır. Sonuç olarak, sporcuların sahip oldukları akıldışı inançların, yaptıkları spora olan tutkunlukları aracılığıyla tükenmişlikleri üzerinde etkili olduğu söylenebilir.
