PERI HERMENIAS AS THE BEGINNING OF HERMENEUTICS

Abstract

Dealing with Hermeneutics philosophically goes back to Ancient Greece. From this point of view, it is possible to talk about hermeneutics before it was termed systematically in the 18th century. Before this time, questions asked by hermeneutics and answers it seeked were discussed and talked in different contexts (generally secondary). Rather, it was about text interpretations. But first of all, in Aristotle, in the ancient world, topics such as understanding the world and expressing it in linguistic terms have been added. In the face of this first understanding, the understanding of foreign linguistic expressions was of secondary importance. The new age has reconsidered this old problem and tried to integrate it into its own understanding concept. In this context, sometimes a concept of understanding and sometimes another concept of understanding became dominant. In general, hermeneutic understandings have been increasingly exposed in the context of universal validity since the 17th century. While the tradition of understanding dominated in the older times, functionality ? according to the rules based on the rational research of philosophers and scientists engaged in the science of consciousness.

HERMENEUTİĞİN BAŞLANGICI OLARAK PERİ HERMENİAS

Öz

Hermeneutikle felsefi anlamda uğraş ta Antik Yunan’a kadar gitmektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında aslında 18.yüzyılda sistematik anlamda ismini almadan önce de hermeneutikten bahsetmek mümkündür. Bu zamandan önce kendisinin sorduğu ve cevap aradığı sorular farklı bağlamlarda (genel olarak ikincil olarak) tartışılmış ve konuşulmuştur. Burada söz konusu olan daha ziyade metin yorumlamalarıdır. Fakat Antik dünyada her şeyden önce de Aristoteles’te buna dünyanın anlaşılması ve bunun dilsel anlamda ifade edilmesi gibi konular eklenmiştir. Bu ilk anlamanın karşısında yabancı dilsel ifadelerin anlaşılması ikincil olarak söz konusu olmuştur. Yeniçağ bu eski problemi tekrar ele almış ve bunu kendi anlama konseptine entegre etmeye çalışmıştır. Bu bağlamda bazen bir anlama konsepti bazen de diğer anlama konzepti baskın gelmiştir. Genel anlamda hermeneutik anlayışları 17.yüzyıldan beri gittikçe artan bir biçimde üniversel geçerlilik bağlamında açığa çıkmıştır. Eskiden anlama geleneğinin otoriteleri ağır basarken, şimdi filozoflar ve bilinç bilimi ile uğraşan bilim adamlarının rasyonel araştırmalarına dayanan kurallara göre işlevsellik kazanmaktadır
