ÖZEL EĞİTİM SINIF REHBERLİK PROGRAMININ ZİHİNSEL YETERSİZLİĞİ OLAN ÖĞRENCİLERİN SOSYAL YETERLİK VE DAVRANIŞ PROBLEMLERİNE ETKİSİ

Yıl 2024, Cilt: 3 Sayı: 1, 1 - 14, 19.12.2024

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, özel eğitim meslek okuluna devam eden ve zihinsel yetersizliği bulunan öğrencilere uygulanan Özel Eğitim Rehberlik Genel Müdürlüğü (ORGM) Özel Eğitim Sınıf Rehberlik Programı’nın ve Etkinliklerinin öğrencilerin sosyal yeterlik düzeylerine ve olumsuz davranış düzeylerine etkisinin olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Araştırmada deneysel yöntemlerden biri olan “Tek Grup Ön Test – Son Test Modeli” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2023-2024 öğretim yılında Üsküdar Özel Eğitim Meslek Okuluna kayıtlı olan ve zihinsel yetersizlik tanısı almış 75 öğrenciden oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Yukay Yüksel, M. (2009) tarafından Türkçe’ye Uyarlama çalışması yapılan Okul Sosyal Davranış Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Sosyal Yeterlik ve Olumsuz Davranışlar boyutlarından elde edilen puanlar ayrı ayrı ön test ve son test puan ortalamaları üzerinden Bağımlı Grup T-Testi yapılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre Özel Eğitim Sınıf Rehberlik Programı uygulamasının öğrencilerin sosyal yeterlik düzeyleri üzerinde olumlu etki yaptığı, olumsuz davranışlar üzerinde de azaltma yönünde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür
