İşleme merkezi seçimi için sadece katalog verilerini kullanmak tek başına yeterli midir? Yeni bir seçim yaklaşımı önerisi

Öz

Herhangi bir çok ölçütlü karar verme (ÇÖKV) yöntemiyle yapılan analizde ağırlık puanlarının tespiti, karar vericinin seçtiği alternatifin beklentilerini karşılaması açısından önemlidir. Bir başka değişle, karar verici alternatiften hangi beklentileri yerine getirmesini hedefliyorsa o beklentilere daha fazla ağırlık vermek zorundadır. Ancak, tespit edilecek ağırlık puanının değerinin ne olması gerektiği temel tartışma konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Ağırlıklandırma işlemi çoğu zaman karar verici veya karar vericilerin yerine getirmekte zorlandıkları bir unsur olabilmektedir. Çünkü birçok durumda kullanılan ölçütlerin çeşitliliği ve özellikleri birbirinden farklılık arz edebilmektedir. Bulanık mantık yaklaşımlarının da sıklıkla kullanıldığı işleme merkezi seçim çalışmalarından ÇÖKV yöntemleri ile elde edilen sonuçların tek başına yeterli olup olmadığı bu çalışmada analiz edilerek, olası yetersizliklerin üstesinden gelmeye yönelik olarak yeni bir yaklaşım önerisi sunulmaktadır. Bu amaçla literatürde daha önce entegre bir şekilde ele alınmamış olan uygun sayıda ölçüt kullanarak ÇÖKV yöntemini uygulamak ve işleme merkezlerinde kullanılan makine elemanlarının farklı özelliklerinin performansa katkıları dikkate almak ve nihai olarak işleme ve malzeme parametrelerine göre işleme kabiliyetlerinin de ele alınarak gerçekleştirilecek net bugünkü değer analizi sonucunda seçim yapılmasını sağlayan bir yeni yaklaşım bu çalışmada önerilmektedir. Böylece literatürde daha önce bağımsız olarak ele alınan çalışmalarla beraber seçimin teknolojik ve ekonomik unsurlar da dahil edilerek genişletildiği bir entegre yeni yaklaşım bu makalede sunulmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre literatürde işleme merkezi seçiminde %49 düzeyinde uygulanmış AHP yönteminde 14. Sırada yer alan bir işleme merkezinin önerilen yeni yaklaşımla 1. Sırada seçilebildiği ve du değişkenliğin en büyük nedeninin praik hayattaki ihtiyaçların sadece kataloglarda yer alan değerlerin ölçüt olarak kullanıldığı işleme merkezi seçim çalışmalarından farklı olark, bu verilerin işleme performansı açısından da değerlendirilerek seçim yöntemine entegre edilebilmesi olduğu elde edilen sonuçlarda gösterilebilmiştir.
