TERMOELEKTRİK MODÜLÜN DİNAMİK ÇIKIŞ PARAMETRELERİNİN ARAŞTIRMASI İÇİN YENİ BİR YÖNTEM

Öz

Bu çalışmada termoelektrik modüllerin tüm çıkış parametrelerini araştırabilmek için yeni bir yöntemgerçekleştirilmiştir. Yeni yöntemin temelini çalışan bir modülün ürettiği termoemk’nın ölçülmesi oluşturur.Bu yöntemi kullanarak gerçek bir termoelektrik modülün sahip olduğu tüm dinamik parametrelerinin eldeedilmesi için denklemler kurulmuştur. Bu yöntemle tıpta hastaların beyinlerinin soğutulması için tasarlanantermoelektrik kaskın yapımında kullanılan modülün yüksüz iken dinamik tüm parametreleri araştırılmıştır.
