Öz
Bu çalışmada doğrusal olmayan optoelektronik geribeslemeli lazer diyot sistemi için Volterra güç seri açınımı kullanılarak iki-ton küçük işaret girişli distorsiyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analizde, intermodülasyon distorsiyon (IMD) uygulamalarında kullanılan frekans bileşenleri seçilmiş ve bu bileşenlerin genlikleri sistem yaklaşımı kullanılarak lazer oran eşitliklerinin üçüncü dereceye kadar açınımı yapılmıştır. Bu açınımlardan H1, H2 ve H3 çekirdeklerinin transfer fonksiyonları sadece IMD frekans bileşenleri seçilerek elde edilmiştir. Sistemin (2f1+f2) ve (f1+2f2) frekans bileşenleri arasında genlik farkı bulunmuştur.
