Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı iş sistemlerinde hatalı davranış risklerini önceden belirleyerek, hem mal ve hizmet üretiminin kesintiye uğramasını, hem de hatalı davranışların neden olabileceği iş kazalarını engellemeye çalışmaktır. Bu amaç ışığında, çalışmada hatalı davranış riskinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir karar metodolojisi ve buna bağlı olarak bir erken uyarı modeli geliştirilmiştir. Model iş sistemlerinde hatalı davranışa neden olabilecek farklı faktör ve alt faktörleri içermektedir. Faktör ve alt faktör ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde kompleks ve sistematik karar problemlerinin çözülmesi için geliştirilmiş olan Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Model Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir üretim işletmesi için geliştirilmiş ve bu işletmede yer alan gerçek iki iş sistemi üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Geliştirilen model yapılacak modifikasyonlarla farklı işletmelerde de kullanılabilecek esnekliği taşımaktadır.
