Öz

Dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de mobil cihaz penetrasyonu hızla artmaktadır. Doğal olarak mobil ortamlardayapılan iş ve işlemler çoğalmakta, bu ortamlara güven ise ön plana çıkmakta, yüksek seviyede bilgi ve iletişimgüvenliğine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde de önümüzdeki günlerde önemli hale gelecek olanmobil imza teknolojileri ve dünya uygulamaları ile mobil elektronik imzada (me-imza) kullanılan altyapılarincelenmiş, ülkemizde de me-imza’ya geçilebilmesi için gerekli olan düzenlemeler, hususlar ve hazırlıklar ileilgili öneriler sunulmuştur.
