Öz
Bu çalışma kapsamında düzenli gövde boşluklarına sahip betonarme kirişlerin tekdüze yükler altındaki davranışıdeneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Deneylerde, gövdesinde daire veya üçgen şeklinde düzenli büyük boşluklarbulunan altı adet kiriş ile karşılaştırma amacıyla boşluksuz üç adet kiriş hazırlanmış ve test edilmiştir. Deneydeğişkenleri olarak, “boşluk geometrisi” ve “çekme bölgesindeki donatı oranı” seçilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmanınsonunda az ve normal çekme donatısı oranına sahip kirişlerin yeterli bir dayanım ve süneklik gösterdiğigörülmüştür. Dayanım ve süneklik bakımından dairesel boşluklu kirişler, üçgen boşluklu kirişlere göre daha iyisonuçlar vermiştir.
