Öz
Kendinden tetiklemeli devreler, fazla kontrol elemanı gerektirmediklerinden, basit kontrol devresi ve düşükmaliyetle güç denetimi yapabilmektedirler. Bu üstünlükleri nedeniyle evirici ve elektronik balast gibi bazı güçelektroniği uygulamalarında kendinden tetikleme topolojisi kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, kendindentetiklemeli denetim yönteminin bir uygulaması D-sınıfı eviricili bir indüksiyon ısıtıcı üzerindegerçekleştirilmiştir. Güç anahtarları olarak kullanılan transistörlerin sırayla tetiklenmesi işlemi yük akımınındeğişimi izlenerek gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen kendinden tetiklemeli denetim sisteminin simülasyonsonuçları ile deneysel sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve sunulmuştur.
