ESNEK İMALAT SİSTEMLERİ İÇİN TASARIM SÜRECİ MODELİ VE TAI UYGULAMASI

Öz
Bu çalışmada Esnek İmalat Sistemlerinin (EİS) tasarımında kullanılmak üzere sistematik bir tasarım sürecimodeli önerilmektedir. EİS tasarımı çok maliyetli ve karmaşık olmaktadır. Bundan dolayı sistem henüz tasarımaşamasında iken yapılacak teknik analizlerin tam ve doğru yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu aşamada önerilenmodelde bir yapısal tasarım tekniği olan Fonksiyonel Modellemede Bütünleşik Tanımlama (IntegrationDefinition for Function Modeling (IDEF)) diyagramları kullanılmıştır. Önerilen tasarım süreci havacılıksektöründe faaliyet gösteren TAI (Turkish Aerospace Industries)’da uygulanmıştır. Sürecin performansısimülasyon ve kuyruk ağı teknikleri kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Performans analizinde işlem süreleri, işlemcisayıları, rota bilgisi ve taşıyıcı sayıları test parametreleri olarak belirlenirken, çevrim zamanları ve makinekullanım oranları performans parametreleri olarak belirlenmiştir.
