DİETİL ETER−MOTORİN KARIŞIMLARININ MOTOR PERFORMANSINA ETKİLERİNİN DENEYSEL İNCELENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, dietil eter (DEE)−motorin karışımlarının motor performansına etkileri deneysel olarakincelenmiştir. Yakıt karışımları motorin içerisine hacimsel olarak %2,5, %5, %7,5 ve %10 oranlarında dietil eterkarıştırılarak hazırlanmıştır. Deneylerde direk enjeksiyonlu tek silindirli bir dizel deney motoru kullanılmış vesıkıştırma oranı 20 seçilmiştir. Deneyler saf motorin ve dietil eter−motorin yakıt karışımları kullanılarak tam gazdurumunda ve farklı devir sayılarında yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçları motorine dietil eter katılmasının ortalamaefektif basınç, döndürme momenti ve efektif güç gibi motor performans parametrelerinde düşüşe nedenolduğunu göstermiştir. Performans parametrelerindeki düşüş artan karışım oranı ile artmıştır. Ortalama efektifbasınçtaki maksimum düşüş %5,1 olarak DEE10 karışımı ile elde edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan, %7,5 karışımoranına kadar efektif verim artmış ve özgül yakıt tüketimi azalmıştır. Efektif verimde en yüksek artış %10,9olarak DEE7,5 karışımı ile elde edilmiştir. Aynı yakıt karışımı özgül yakıt tüketiminde %8,7 düşüş sağlanmıştır.Ayrıca artan dietil eter oranı ile hava fazlalık katsayısında artış ve egzoz gazı sıcaklığında azalma meydanagelmiştir.
