ÇEŞİTLİ ORGANİK KATKILARIN KİRECİN KARBONİZASYONU ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada çeşitli organik katkıların kireç bağlayıcısı üzerindeki etkilerini tespit etmek ve geleneksel yapıların koruma onarım çalışmalarında kullanılabilirliğine dair sonuçlar elde edebilmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda süt, yumurta akı, yumurta sarısı, alkolsüz bira, esmer şeker ve şeker kamışı suyu gibi 6 değişik organik katkı ile iki farklı karışım oranında kireç harçları hazırlanarak bu harçların çeşitli periyotlarla ultrases hızları ölçülmüş ve 28 gün sonunda da mekanik deneylere tabi tutulmuşlardır. Mekanik deneylerden artan harç örnekler üzerinde fenolftalein testi ve XRD analizleri yapılarak, bahsedilen organik katkıların kireç üzerindeki karbonatlaşma ve kimyasal etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan mekanik testler sonucu, kireç harçlarının mekanik dayanımları üzerinde yumurta akı ve yumurta sarısı katkısının olumlu bir etki yaptığı ve artan karışım oranına göre bu etkinin nispeten azaldığı, diğer katkıların ise genellikle priz geciktirici bir etki yaptığı belirlenmiştir.
