This research has been conducted to evaluate instructional activities implemented in classrooms by the instructors at the Department of Elementary Education, Ziya Gökalp Faculty of Education, Dicle University. It has been performed on 500 students studying in 2003-2004 academic years. During the research process, “instructional activities assessment scale” has been used. The findings of the research have been evaluated by using “t” test, single-way variance analysis and Scheffe test. 28 items were listed regarding the instructional activities. Few activities were found to be enough in 15 items and the half of the activities were found to be enough in 13 items. It has been also found that the genders and the classroom levels of students affect the instructors\' perceptions towards the practice level of instructional activities. Bu araştırma, Dicle Üniversitesi Ziya Gökalp Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Bölümünde görev yapan öğretim elemanlarının sınıf içi eğitim-öğretim etkinliklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma; 2003-2004 öğretim yılında okuyan 500 öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, “Öğretim Elemanlarının Sınıf İçi Eğitim–Öğretim Etkinliklerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular; “t” testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Scheffe testinden yararlanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrenci algılarına göre öğretim elemanlarının sınıf içi eğitim öğretim etkinlikleri ile ilgili toplam 28 maddeden 15 inde “çok azı” diğer 13 maddede ise “yarısı” yeterli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
