Housing Conditions of the Youth in Secondary School and Evaluation of the Effects of the House on the Development of Young People

This study planned with the purpose of evaluation of the effects of the house on the development of young people were carried out on 660 young people consisting of the girls and boys from low, middle and high socio – economic level residing in Ankara. The statistical data were processed through the SPSS 10.0 software program on computer with their numerical and percentage values tabulated in charts to be evaluated by one way ANOVA. 53,3 % of the youth are females while 46,5 % are males. The number of siblings ranged from a single child to 5 children, most of which were nuclear families (88,9 %). 69,3 % of the youth were ascertained to be living in apartment flats. When the number of individuals was divided into the number of rooms, the number of individuals per room was calculated to be 1 for 37,3 % and less, 1,01 – 1,50 for 35,9 % and 1,51 and more for 26,8. Öz
Gençlerin konut koşullarının ve konutun gencin gelişimi üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi amacı ile plânlanan araştırma, Ankara\'da ikamet eden düşük, orta ve yüksek sosyoekonomik düzeydeki orta öğretim öğrencisi kız ve erkeklerden oluşan 660 genç üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Verilerin istatistik işlemleri bilgisayarda SPSS 10.0 yazılım programı ile yapılarak, sayısal ve yüzdelik değerleri çizelgelerle verilmiş ve tek yönlü varyans analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Gençlerin % 53.5\'i kız, % 46.5\'i ise erkektir. Kardeş sayısı tek çocuk ile 5 çocuk arasında değişmekte olup, büyük çoğunluğunun ailesi çekirdek ailedir (% 88.9). Gençlerin % 69.3\'ü apartman konutlarda yaşamaktadır.
