The Identification of Pre school Teachers Needs for Inservice Training

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine the pre-school teachers\' in-service training needs and their opinions about joining the in-service training activities. The population of this study is the 105 pre-school teachers from the 94 schools working in the centre of province and 12 districts of Canakkale. The data were gathered by a questionnaire and 90 questionnairs were completed by the teachers. The data were analysed by such statistical techniques as the frequence (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (x) and KSquare. Some important findings of this study are the following: 1-The pre-school teachers having 16-20 years of experience had joined in-service training activities previouly organised more frequently than the other groups. 2-The programs most preferred by teachers are as follows: Child psychology, creative activities and the plans used in pre-schools. 3-There is meanOkul öncesi eğitim;Öğretmen görüşleri;Hizmet içi eğitimPre-school education;In service education;Teachers opinions Tam Metin

Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Hizmet İçi Eğitim Gereksinimlerinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin hizmet içi eğitim ihtiyaçlarını ve bu programlara katılmaya yönelik görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup, Çanakkale il genelinde, (94) okul öncesi eğitim kurumu ve bu kurumlarda görevli toplam 105 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma evrenini oluşturmuştur. Öğretmenlere verilen anketlerin 90\'ı geri dönmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde frekans , yüzdelik (%), aritmetik ortalama ve X2 gibi istatistiksel teknikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bazı temel bulguları şunlardır: 1- 16-20 yıl arası kıdeme sahip okul öncesi öğretmeni, daha önceki yıllarda düzenlenen hizmet içi eğitim programlarına diğer gruplara oranla daha fazla daha çok katılmışlardır. 2- ÖğretmenThe aim of this study is to determine the pre-school teachers\' in-service training needs and their opinions about joining the in-service training activities.
