Geriatrik ve Non-Geriatrik Yoğun Bakım Hastalarında Kolistin İlişkili Nefrotoksisite: Retrospektif Kohort Çalışması
Öz
Amaç: Kolistin kolistimetat sodyum son yıllarda çoklu ilaç direnci gösteren gram negatif bakterilerin oluşturduğu nozokomiyal enfeksiyonların tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Kolistin kullanımı sonucu gelişen ciddi advers etkiler arasında nefrotoksisite önemli bir yer tutar. Geriatrik hastalarda kolistin ve nefrotoksisite ilişkisine yönelik çalışmalar kısıtlıdır.
