Postiktal psikoz
Öz
epileptik hastalarda görülen psikozların % 25’ini oluşturur. Tipik olarak tonik klonik veya kompleks parsiyel nöbet kümeleri sonrası ortaya çıkar. Bilateral bağımsız epileptik aktivite postiktal psikozlu hastalarda sıklıkla görülmektedir. Olguda postiktal psikoz gelişen ve risperidon ile tedavi edilen epileptik bir hasta sunulmuştur
