Öz

Angiomyolipoma (AML) is the most common benign mesenchymal tumors that have been  varying proportions of smooth muscle, blood vessels, and fat tissue in kidney. İt may be asymptomatic but may give clinic with acute massive hemorrhage between 10-30%. We are presented renal angiomyolipoma with massive hemorrhage and pain after cesarean sections in the presence of literature.

Sezeryan Sonrası Ağrı ve Hayatı Tehdit Eden Masif Hemoraji ile Prezente Olan Renal Anjiomyolipom: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Anjiomiyolipom(AML) değişen oranlarda düz kas, displastik kan damarları ve yağ dokusundan oluşan ve böbreğin en sık görülen benign mezenkimal tümörüdür. Asemptomatik olabildiği gibi %10-30 arasında akut masif hemaoraji ile klinik verebilir. Sezeryan sonrası ağrı ve masif hemoraji ile prezente olan renal anjiomyolipom olgusu literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.
