Ortaokul Çocuklarının Mizah Duygusunun Psikolojik İyi Oluşları Üzerindeki Yordayıcı Etkisi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul çocuklarının mizah duygusunun psikolojik iyi oluşlarına etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu ortaokula devam eden 210 kız ve 172 erkek olmak üzere toplam 382 çocuk oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Stirling Çocuklar İçin Duygusal ve Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği ve Okul Çocukları İçin Çok Boyutlu Mizah Duygusu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde basit regresyon analizi ve Pearson Korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre çocukların psikolojik iyi oluşları ve mizah duyguları arasında orta düzeyde, pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ortaokul çocuklarının mizah duygusunun psikolojik iyi oluş puanlarının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu, çocuklardaki psikolojik iyi oluşa ilişkin toplam varyansın %21’inin mizah duygusu ile açıklanabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Investıgatıon Of The Effect Of Secondary School Chıldren’s Affectıon Of Humor On Psychologıcal Well-Beıngs

Öz

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of secondary school children's sense of humor on their psychological well-being. The study group of the research consists of a total of 382 children, 210 girls and 172 boys, attending secondary school. Personal Information Form, Stirling Emotional and Psychological Well-Being Scale for Children and Multidimensional Sense of Humor Scale for School Children were used to collect data. Simple regression analysis and Pearson Correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the results of the research,, it was determined that there was a moderate, positive and significant relationship between children's psychological well-being and their sense of humor. It was concluded that the sense of humor of secondary school children is a significant predictor of their psychological well-being scores, and 21% of the total variance in psychological well-being in children can be explained by the sense of humor.
