COVID-19 VE CERRAHİ YAKLAŞIM

Öz

Covid-19 ilk olarak Aralık 2019’da Wuhan - Çin’de idiopatik bir pnömoni olarak ortaya çıktı ve hızlıca dünyada 100 den fazla ülkeye yayıldı. Hastaların yaklaşık yarısında, hastalık ciddi olmayan semptomlar ile seyredebilmektedir. Salgının ilerlemesi, hastanelerdeki yoğunluğu ciddi olarak artırmıştır. Bu durum hastaneleri bulaş riskinin arttığı yerler haline getirmiştir. Özellikle de ameliyathaneler riskli bölgeler halini almıştır. Bu çalışmada, hastayı ve cerrahi ekibi koruyacak tedbirler güncel bilgiler ışığında verilmeye çalışılmıştır.
