The concept of stigma was examined by Goffman in 1963, and its organizational perspective came up in the 2000s. Although the concept of stigma has negative consequences both organizationally and individually, it can be a significant obstacle to the survival of organizations. In this context, the aim of the research is to define the concept of organizational stigma and introduce it to the literature by explaining it in the light of the research conducted, thus laying the foundation for future research on this subject. For this purpose, a literature review and case study method regarding the concept of organizational stigma was followed in the research.
