İsveç Korsan Partisi ve Korsan Siyaseti

Öz

Değişen toplumsal dinamikler ve kamuoyunda oluşan taleplerin ve hassasiyetlerin siyasal sistem içerisinde ele alınması gerekir. Açık olan siyasal sistemlerde çevreden gelen taleplerin sistem içerisinde değerlendirilmelidir. Eğer mevcut siyasal sistem ve aktörler tarafından toplumsal talepler girdi olarak ele alın(a)mıyorsa yeni toplumsal hareketlerin ve siyasal örgütlenmelerin ortaya çıkması kuvvetle muhtemeldir. Böyle bir sürecin sonucunda ortaya çıkan İsveç Korsan Partisi ve korsan siyaseti İsveç ve dünya kamuoyunda çevrim içi dünyaya ilişkin konular etrafında oluşan duyarlılığın sonucudur. Bu çalışmada, korsan parti ailesinin ilk örneği olan İsveç Korsan Partisi ele alınmaktadır. Öncelikle korsan partisinin kavramı ve kökeni tartışılarak, korsan siyasetin tek bir sorunla başlayan siyasi serüveninin nasıl daha geniş bir korsan gündemine dönüştüğü tartışılmıştır. İsveç Korsan Partisi'nin kuruluş süreci, ideolojisi, örgütsel yapısı ve korsan siyasetinin uluslararası boyutu analitik bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutuldu. Bu çalışmada açıklayıcı bir yöntemle dijital teknolojilerle yetişen nesillerin internete ilişkin taleplerinin ana akım siyasi partiler tarafından ele alınmadığı, bunun da korsan partilerin ve korsan siyasetin önünü açtığı tespit edilmiştir. İsveç'te ortaya çıkan korsan partilerin ve siyasetin diğer ülkelere hızla yayılması internetle ilgili konuların halk tarafından kabul edildiğini gösteriyor.

The Swedish Pirate Party and Pirate Politics

Öz

Changing social dynamics and public demands and sensitivities need to be addressed within the political system. In open political systems, demands from the environment must be evaluated within the system. If social demands are not addressed as input by the existing political system and actors, it is highly likely that new social movements and political organizations will emerge. The Swedish Pirate Party and pirate politics, which emerged as a result of such a process, are the result of the sensitivity that emerged in the Swedish and world public opinion around issues related to the online world. In this study, the Swedish Pirate Party, which is the first example of the pirate party family, is discussed. First of all, the concept and origin of the pirate party are discussed, and how the political adventure of pirate politics, which started with a single problem, turned into a broader pirate agenda. The establishment process of the Swedish Pirate Party, its ideology, organizational structure and the international dimension of pirate politics were subjected to an analytical evaluation. With an explanatory method, it has been determined in this study that the internet-related demands of the generations raised with digital technologies are not addressed by mainstream political parties, which pave the way for pirate parties and pirate politics. The rapid spread of pirate parties and politics, which emerged in Sweden, to other countries shows that internet-related issues are accepted by the public.
