Performans Değerlendirme Sisteminden Duyulan Çalışan Memnuniyeti ile Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkide İş Tatmininin Aracılık Rolü

Öz

Çalışanların uygulanan performans değerlendirme sistemi ile ilgili memnuniyeti performans değerlendirme sürecinin etkinliği üzerinde önemli rol oynayan kavramlardan biridir. Çalışanların performans değerlendirme sisteminden duydukları memnuniyet, çalışanların işleriyle ilgili tutum ve davranışları üzerinde etkili olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da, çalışanların performans değerlendirme sisteminden memnuniyetlerinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerine etkisi ile bu etkide iş tatmininin aracılık rolünü incelemektedir. Çalışmanın örneklemini bir firmada çalışan 160 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre performans değerlendirme sisteminden duyulan çalışan memnuniyeti ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçları iş tatmininin performans değerlendirme memnuniyeti ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişki de aracılık etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir.

The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction in the Relationship between Employee Satisfaction with the Performance Evaluation System and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Öz

Employees’ satisfaction with the performance evaluation system is one of the variables that play a significant role in the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process. Their satisfaction may have an impact on the employees’ attitudes and behaviors concerning their jobs. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of employee satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and the mediating role of job satisfaction in this effect. The study sample consists of 160 employees working in a company. According to the results, there is a positive relationship between employee satisfaction with the performance evaluation system and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results of the research show that job satisfaction has a mediating effect in the relationship between performance evaluation satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.
