Akciğer Kanseri Beyin Metastazı Sonrası Serebral Enfarktüs

Öz

Kanser dünya üzerinde ölüm nedenleri arasında ikinci sırada yer almaktadır. Kanser hastalarında normal popülasyona oranla serebrovasküler hastalık gelişme riskinde artış izlenmektedir. Kanser ilişkili mekanizmalar içinde hiperkoagülasyon, tümör embolizmi ve tümör hücrelerinden salınan sitokinlerin (TNF ve İL) yarattığı vasküler endoteliyal doku hasarının yer aldığı ve hiperkogülopatinin önemli bir kısmından sorumlu olduğu görülmektedir. Bu olguda da akciğer kanseri beyin metastazı olan hastada serebral enfarktüs gelişmiştir. İntrakranial tümör embolisi nedeniyle oluşan serebral enfarktüs nadir görülen vakalardandır.

Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world. There is an increase in the risk of development of cerebrovascular disease in cancer patients compared to the normal population. Cancer-related mechanisms include hypercoagulation, tumor embolism, and vascular endothelial tissue damage caused by cytokines (TNF and IL) released from tumor cells, and are responsible for a significant portion of hypercogulopathyIn this case, cerebral infarction developed in the patient with lung cancer brain metastasis. Cerebral infarction due to intracranial tumor embolism is one of the rare cases
