Anterior Mine Hipoplazilerinin Kompozit Restorasyonla Tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Amaç: Mine hipoplazisinin tedavisinde direkt ya da indirekt laminate veneer restorasyonlar veya tam seramik restorasyonlar uygulanabilir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, alt ve üst anterior dişlerinde şekil bozuklukları ile yatay bantlaşma şeklinde mine hipoplazisi bulunan hastanın kompozit laminate veneer uygulamaları ile estetik rehabilitasyonu anlatılmasıdır. Olgu Sunumu: Yirmibir yaşındaki erkek hasta üst ve alt dişlerindeki şekil bozukluğu ve bantlaşma şeklindeki renklenmelerden kaynaklanan estetik şikayetleri sebebiyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Ağız içi muayenesinde şikayetlerinin ilgili dişlerdeki bantlaşma şeklindeki mine hipoplazilerinden kaynaklandığı belirlenen hastaya tedavi seçenekleri anlatıldı. Hastamız, hızlı uygulanabilirliği ve maliyeti nedenleriyle direkt kompozit lamina veneer restorasyonları uygulanmasını tercih etti. Dışsal renklenmelerin giderilmesi için dişlere polisaj uygulandı ve defektli mine dokusu dikkatlice kaldırıldı. Mine yüzeylerinde selektif asitleme yapıldı ve adeziv sistem uygulandı (Single Bond Universal, 3M ESPE). Kompozit rezin (Estelite Sigma Quick, Tokuyama Dental) tabakalama tekniği uygulandı ve polimerize edildi. İnce grenli elmas frezler ve polisaj diskleri (Sof-lex, 3M ESPE) ile restorasyonların bitim ve polisajı yapıldı. Sonuç: Hipoplastik defektlerin estetik rehabilitasyonunda kompozit rezin restorasyonların kullanılması hızlı, kolay uygulanabilir ve ekonomik bir seçenektir. Kompozit restorasyonlar ile estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak memnuniyet verici sonuçlar elde edilebilmektedir.

Tretmant of Anterior Enamel Hypoplasias with Composite Resin: A Case Report

Öz

Aim: Direct or indirect laminate veneers, all ceramic restorations can be used for the treatment of enamel hypoplasia. The aim of this case report is to present the aesthetic rehabilitation of patient with band-shaped enamel hypoplasia on upper and lower anterior teeth with composite laminate veneer restorations. Methodology: A 21-year-old patient referred to our clinic with aesthetic complaints arising from teeth malformation and band-shaped enamel discolorations on upper and lower anterior teeth. In the intro-oral examination, the reason for the complaints was determined to be caused by band-shaped enamel hypoplasia and treatment options were explained. The patient preferred composite laminate veneer restorations due to the ease of application and economic reasons. External stains were removed with polishing and defective enamel were removed carefully. Enamel surfaces were etched selectively and adhesive system was applied (Single Bond Universal, 3M ESPE). A resin composite (Estelite Sigma Quick, Tokuyama Dental) was applied with incremental technique and polymerized. Restorations were finished and polished with fine diamond burs and Sof-lex discs (Sof-lex, 3M ESPE). Conclusion: Use of composite resin restorations is a fast, easily applicable and economic treatment alternative for the aesthetic rehabilitation of hypolastic defects. Functionally and aesthetically satisfying results can be obtained with composite restorations.
