Öz

Small cell carcinomas of the bladder are rarely encountered by clinicians and are highly aggressive pathologies. In this study, we aimed to present the histopathological andimmunohistochemical findings of a 63-year-old man who presented with hematuria following a transurethral resection, resulting in small cell carcinoma of the bladder.

Mesane Küçük Hücreli Karsinomu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Mesanenin küçük hücreli karsinomları, klinisyenlerin oldukça ender olarak karşılaştığı ve son derece saldırgan davranış gösteren patolojilerdir. Bu çalışmada hematüri ile başvuran, uygulanan transüretral rezeksiyon sonrası doku tanısı mesanenin küçük hücreli kanseri olarak sonuçlanan 63 yaşındaki erkek olgunun histopatolojik ve immunohistokimyasal bulgularının literatür bilgilerimiz eşliğinde sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
