Öz
Bu çalışma, sağlık hizmetleri alanında önemli bir yere sahip olan sağlık bilgi teknolojileri kullanımına yönelik, hastane yöneticilerinin tutumlarını etkileyen bireysel faktörleri ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma tüm Türkiye genelinde Türkiye Kamu Hastaneleri Kurumu’na bağlı kamu hastaneleri birlikleri kapsamında faaliyet gösteren hastanelerde çalışan yöneticiler ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Orjinali Hikmet (1999) tarafından geliştirilen anket çevrimiçi (Qualtrics Çevrimiçi Anket Yazılımı) olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına dayalı olarak bireysel faktörlerden yaş, medeni durum ve bilgisayar kullanım süresi ile sağlık bilgi teknolojilerine yönelik tutum arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur.
