TELETIP UYGULAMALARINDA HASTA MEMNUNİYETİ: BİR SİSTEMATİK DERLEME ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Bu sistematik derleme çalışmasının amacı, teletıbbın hasta memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmektir. Çalışma teletıp ve hasta memnuniyeti konusunu inceleyen ve makale kabul kriterlerini karşılayan toplam 41 makale üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma bulgularının daha somut olarak ortaya konulabilmesini ve değerlendirilmesini kolaylaştırmak için öncelikle 8 temel değerlendirme ölçütü ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına dayalı olarak mevcut değerlendirme ölçütlerine ek olarak 7 değerlendirme kriteri eklenerek, hastaların memnuniyet gerekçeleri 15 temel boyut altında toplanmıştır. Buna göre çalışma başında belirlenen kriterlerin %53’ünün çalışma bulguları ile uyum gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Tüm çalışmalardan elde edilen bulgular hastaların teletıp kullanımından genel olarak memnun olduğunu göstermektedir. Genel olarak hastalar teletıbbın düşük maliyetli bir model olduğunu, sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi artırdığını, zaman tasarrufu sağladığını, seyahat zorunluluğunu ortadan kaldırdığı, uzaktan hasta bakımı ve takibini kolaylaştırdığını ve ayrıca sağlık sonuçlarını ve/veya kalitesini iyileştirdiğini savunmaktadır. Teletıp sisteminin kullanım kolaylığı, etik yönü ve doktor-hasta işbirliği boyutlarına dayalı hasta memnuniyeti algılarında ise çalışma bulguları arasında tutarlı sonuçlar bulunmamaktadır.
