NAKİL SKORLAMA SİSTEMLERİNİN ANALİTİK HİYERARŞİK PROSES METODU İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öz

Yenidoğan yoğun bakım hastalarının transportu bir sağlık merkezinden diğerine en uygun tedavi için nakledilme süreci olup yaşamsal öneme sahiptir. Bu hastaların fizyolojik stabilitesini ve sağlık durumunu değerlendirmek amacıyla yaygın olarak TRIPS (Transport Risk Index of Physiologic Stability) ve Hermansen kullanılmaktadır. Bu skorlama sistemlerinde farklı parametrelere bağlı olarak hastanın risk değerlendirmesi yapılır. Elde edilen skor değerlerine göre hastanın durumu değerlendirilerek hızlı ve etkin müdahalelerin yapılması gibi yaşamsal kararların alınmasına rehberlik eder. Bu çalışmada en sık kullanılan iki transport skorlama sisteminin parametreleri ayrı ve birlikte değerlendirilerek AHP metodu ile önem düzeylerine göre ağırlıklandırılmış ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca bu iki skorlama sistemindeki tüm parametrelere üç parametre eklenerek, AHP metodu ile ağırlıklandırılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma göre mevcut skorlama sistemlerinin iyileştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi için farklı bir bakış açısı sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

EVALUATION OF TRANSPORT SCORING SYSTEMS WITH THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHICAL PROCESS METHOD

Öz

Transport of neonatal intensive care unit patients is the process of transferring them from one health center to another for optimal treatment and is of vital importance. TRIPS (Transport Risk Index of Physiologic Stability) and Hermansen are commonly used to assess the physiologic stability and health status of these patients. In these scoring systems, the patient's risk assessment is made depending on different parameters. According to the score values obtained, the patient's condition is evaluated and guides vital decisions such as rapid and effective interventions. In this study, the parameters of the two most commonly used transport scoring systems were evaluated separately and together and weighted according to their importance levels with the AHP method and the results were discussed. In addition, three parameters were added to all parameters in these two scoring systems, weighted and evaluated with the AHP method. According to this study, a different perspective has been tried to be presented for the improvement and development of existing scoring systems.
